ACCESS TO THE CONVENTION

How much cost the entrance of the Epinal Tattoo Show convention ?

The costs for the entrance are the following :

Pass Day : 12€
Pass Week-end : 30€

These costs are the same for everyone.

The entrance is free for every children under 12 with parent, on presentation of an ID card.

Can we buy the entrance ticket on site?

You can buy your entrance ticket online on our website, at the « Tickets » tab.

Tickets will be also available at the convention’s entrance, at the opening of the event.

Where to buy your online ticket on pre-sale?

Pre-sale tickets will be available on our website at the « Tickets » tab.

A special « Pre-sale » line of entrance will be established to avoid you to wait in line.

Is the entrance free for the people who get a tattoo?

No free entrance is planned for the visitors who get a tattoo during the Epinal Tattoo Show. The making of the tattoos only concern the tattoo artists and their customers, and the payement of the tattoos should be carried to the artist who made them.

Can we park easily?

Yes, you can park on the parking of the congress center of Epinal.

ONCE ON SITE

Do animal pets allowed at the convention?

Correspondingly to the sanitary regulations in force, animals won’t be allowed inside the convention.

Is it allowed to eat and drink on site?

During the 3 days of the Epinal Tattoo convention, a food court will be at your disposal for eating and drinking.

Can we go outside during the convention and go back?

Yes, during the Epinal Tattoo Show, you will be given a bracelet at the entrance in exchange of your ticket in order to come in and go out of the convention as you want.

Can we take pictures?

You can take pictures during the 3 days of the convention as long as you are respecting the rules of intellectual property (prohibition to photograph the books of the artists, or to exploit pictures without prior authorization).

Can i come in with a backpack?

Yes, you can come in with a backpack.

Will there be a ticket dispenser on site?

Yes, there is a ticket dispenser in front of the congress center.

Can i come with a stroller?

Yes, the Epinal Tattoo convention is open to everyone. You can come with your children, even at early age.

HOW TO GET A TATTOO ?

Is it possible to get a tattoo on site?

Yes, coming to the Epinal Tattoo convention is the opportunity to get a tattoo by artists from all over the world.

Tattoo artists will be there to inform and tattoo you if you want !

How to get a tattoo at the convention?

To make an appointment with a tattoo artist to get a tattoo at the convention, go to the « Tattoo Artists » tab and contact your choice artist. The tattoo artist will answer you and will schedule an appointment according to his availability.

The organizing team of the convention don’t manage appointment with the tattoo artists.

If you don’t wish to take appointment or if the tattoo artist you contacted isn’t available, you could eventually get tattooed on site with « Flash » proposed by the artists.

What is a « Flash » tattoo?

The flash tattoo consists in tattooing a pattern already drawn by the artist and presented at the convention. In a way, it mean to tattoo a pattern as such, without modifications.

How much cost a tattoo at the convention?

The prices of the tattoos are not determined by the event organizer. The price of a tattoo depend of the pattern and its size. Tarifs are set by the tattoo artists and are generally the same as in a tattoo shop.

Will there be piercing on site?

Yes, there will be a piercing stand at the Epinal Tattoo Show, so you could be pierced on site.
